Dear Ultra-Trail® Małopolska runners, we are pleased to announce important changes to the UTM 2026 regulations that streamline organization and enhance participant comfort. These updates are based on experiences from previous editions and community feedback.
New start and finish location
Start and finish of all routes located at the Municipal Stadium in Mszana Dolna (ul. Spadochroniarzy, 34-730 Mszana Dolna). This solution facilitates access, provides better infrastructure, and shortens transfers, minimizing logistical stress.
UTM 105 start time change
New start: Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 8:00 AM (instead of earlier). This optimizes lighting conditions on technical sections and increases safety with ~5720m elevation gain.
New route materials
Updated GPX tracks and elevation maps published for distances 16–240 km, new distances from start to individual VEGEREGE checkpoints – check them out before training at UTM.RUN.
ITRA/UTMB scoring
Route changes submitted to ITRA and UTMB; current scoring estimates available, adjusted to the modified routes.
Route and time limit optimizations
