• Honorary Blood Donors are entitled to a 10% discount on the entry fee.
  The discount is granted upon presentation of a Honorary Blood Donor card, provided that no more than one year has passed since the last donation – in accordance with the rules of our Partner – the “Dawcom w Darze” campaign. To take advantage of the discount, please contact us via email before making the payment: fundacja@utm.run.
• Persons with disabilities holding a valid disability certificate are entitled to a 25% discount on the entry fee. The certificate must be presented at the race office when collecting the race number. To take advantage of the discount, please contact us via email before making the payment: fundacja@utm.run.

• Registration is considered valid upon correctly filling out the registration form on the website https://www.e-gepard.eu/ and making the payment via this service or transferring the entry fee to the Organizer’s account. The payment deadline is 3 days from the date of submitting the registration form, but no later than 18.05.2026. After 3 days, the Organizer reserves the right to remove unpaid registrations from the start list.
• If you withdraw from the race by March 31, 2026, it is possible to refund 80% of the paid entry fee to the participant’s account upon their request sent by email (together with proof of payment and the account number to refund to) to the following address: fundacja@utm.run.
• The Organizer does not refund the entry fee to persons who did not finish the race, were disqualified, or did not participate in the event.
• The Organizer allows the possibility of transferring the entry fee to another event. The change is possible up to 30 days before the race date. The wish to transfer the entry fee must be sent by email to fundacja@utm.run.
• The Organizer does not allow entry packs to be transferred between participants.
• No on-the-day registrations are available.
