WTM MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

MANDATORY AND RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT:  WINTER TRAIL MAŁOPOLSKA

Because we want you to run safely during the competition, each competitor must have mandatory equipment with him. The equipment of all participants can be checked at the competition office, before entering the starting zone, at checkpoints, on the routes and at the finish line. Mandatory equipment is the minimum necessary and each participant must supplement it according to his or her own needs.

MANDATORY EQIPMENT – WTM 140, WTM 105 and WTM 64

1. Identity Document;
2.  NRC foil, at least 140 x 200 cm;
3. headlamp;
4. personal cup;
5. gloves;
6. a minimum of one-litter water bottles or the skin;
7. elastic bandage, sterile dressing;
8. charged mobile phone;
9. jacket;
10. bib number provided by the organizer;
11. running-bag or vest;
12. cap or hat;
13. track (a .gpx file) downloaded in any tracking device.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT – WTM 45

1. Identity Document;
2.  NRC foil, at least 140 x 200 cm;
3. headlamp;
4. personal cup;
5. gloves;
6. a minimum of one-litter water bottles or the skin;
7. elastic bandage, sterile dressing;
8. charged mobile phone;
9. jacket;
10. bib number provided by the organizer;
11. running-bag or vest;
12. cap or hat.

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT:

1. trekking poles /stick (telescopic or one piece once);
2. money (to cover unexpected expenses);
3. GPS;
4. supply of food;
5. non-slip pads, crampons.
